1st Hole

Requires a straight tee shot. Your approach shot is to an elevated green with a false front. There is Out of Bounds down the left hand side of the fairway, and behind the green.

Red Tees          Par 4    343m

White Tees       Par 4    338m

Blue Tees         Par 4    343m

2nd Hole

Dogleg to the left. Longer hitters can cut the corner but require a precise tee shot, as you do not want to miss the fairway left. The safe shot is to the middle of the fairway, leaving a mid iron to the green, which is guarded by bunkers on both left and right.

White Tees    Par 4    342m

Blue Tees       Par 4    350m

3rd Hole

Tee shot needs to be right of centre, to avoid Inverell's iconic 'snakepit'. All the trouble on this hole is down the lefthand side. The green is reachable in 2 for the longer hitters, but the safer option is to lay up. The green is 2 tiered and slopes from back to front. A precise 3rd shot is required, as it can be an easy 3 putt if you are on the wrong tier.

White Tees    Par 5    489m

White Tees     Par 3    136m

Blue Tees       Par 3    153m

Red Tees        Par 4    218m

White Tees    Par 4    263m

Hole 9

Red Tees        Par 3    208m

White Tees    Par 3    211m

Blue Tees       Par 3    213m

Hole 10

Inverell's longest Par 5 is reachable in 2 shots for the longer hitters, but requires 2 precise shots. Out of Bounds down the right hand side and trouble long.

Red Tees        Par 5    506m

White Tees    Par 5    541m

Hole 11

Dogleg to the right. Long hitters can cut the corner to leave a simple pitch shot into the green. Don't be long, as this will leave a daunting chip back up to the green, and it will be almost an impossible up and down.

Red Tees        Par 4    327m

White Tees     Par 4    329m

Blue Tees       Par 4    332m

Hole 12

One of Inverell's most difficult Par 3's. A precise tee shot is required to an elevated green. Your tee shot must clear the trees on the left hand side, to avoid ending up in the creek. Out of Bounds on the right hand side.

Red Tees        Par 3    118m

White Tees     Par 3    164m

Blue Tees       Par 3    169m

Hole 13

Dogleg to the right. You want to land your tee shot in the generous fairway to avoid tree trouble on both the right and left sides. Longer hitters can take on the trees and cut the corner, but it will require a good tee shot. Your approach shot will be into a large green that you do not want to miss long.

Red Tees        Par 5    411m

White Tees    Par 4    413m

Blue Tees       Par 4    417m

Hole 14

Another precise tee shot required, as the creek runs through the fairway and you can be blocked by the iconic tree at the end of the fairway. The safe play is to lay up on top of the hill to allow a clear shot into a wide, shallow green. The creek runs down the right hand side of the green, and there is trouble left and long.

Red Tees        Par 4    334m

White Tees    Par 4    384m

Blue Tees       Par 4    388m

Hole 15

Blue Tees       Par 5    467m

Hole 16

A trick Par 4 that has bought many a good round undone. Tee shot is best down the right hand side, to open up the green for your approach shot. You want to avoid the dam on the left hand side, and the longer hitters can find themselves in the creek at the end of the fairway. You want to avoid the trees on the left hand side guarding the green with your approach shot. Out of Bounds long.

White Tees    Par 3    153m

Blue Tees       Par 3    155m

You must avoid Out of Bounds and a gully hazard that runs down the right hand side of the hole. An accurate approach shot is required into a green that is guarded by 2 bunkers. Out of Bounds directly behind the green.
